"Team Farner" with Lansons

The Farner group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, partnered with Lansons Communications Holdings Limited to expand its consultancy alliance "Team Farner". The London and New York based Lansons group, is a full-service communications consultancy specializing in reputation management, public affairs, campaigns and creative, crisis and issues, and sustainability advisory.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the Farner group in this transaction. The team was co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and included Benjamin Grunwald, Luzius Bill, Yascha Fengler and Kai Bajka (all M&A), Raoul Stocker and Julian Hodel (both Tax) as well as Fabian Turtschi (Notarial Services).
