Frédéric Bétrisey gave its annual lesson on acquisition financing at the University of Fribourg, within the framework of a master block course module relating to Contracts and Guarantees, sponsored by Professors Pascal Pichonnaz and Franz Werro. Frédéric outlined the main features of an acquisition process (share deal) and illustrated the lesson with a case study. The students were also requested to conduct a mock negotiation of an acquisition loan contract.
