Dr. Christian Kunz lectured on cyber insurance strategy and data protection agreements as part of the Cyber Security for Executives (CSF HSG) program at the University of St. Gallen. The session addressed how organizations can strategically evaluate cyber insurance coverage and leverage contractual frameworks – particularly with IT service providers and cloud vendors – to strengthen cyber resilience. It combined legal analyses with recent Swiss case studies and practical guidelines for board members, executive management, and other executives.
