Dr. Christian Kunz spoke at the 23rdZurich Conference of the Europa Institute at the University of Zurich on developments in financial market law on 3 June 2026, addressing FINMA’s regulatory requirements and expectations for the management of cyber risks at financial institutions. The focus was on reporting requirements for cyber incidents, the management of cyber risks in the outsourcing supply chain, and the paradigm shift from pure prevention to measurable cyber resilience – including the role of the board of directors and international developments surrounding DORA and NIS2.
