Chubb Issues CAD 800 Million Senior

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss counsel to Chubb Limited in connection with the issuance by Chubb INA Holdings LLC of CAD 400 Million 3.780% senior notes due 2031 and CAD 400 Million 4.034% senior notes due 2033, representing an aggregate principal amount of CAD 800 Million.
