Bär & Karrer Advises UBS on the Merger
of Wealth Management-Entities in Europe

UBS has merged various wealth management subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg into the new subsidiary UBS Europe SE, headquartered in Frankfurt.

Bär & Karrer is advising UBS on these transactions as counsel with respect to Swiss tax law. The team includes Susanne Schreiber, Michael Abegg and Corinna Seiler (all Tax).
