Bär & Karrer Advises UBS on the Sale of
Hotel Seepark in Thun

UBS sold the Congress Hotel Seepark and the related operating company to Artisa Micro Living AG. Artisa has taken over the 4-star superior hotel with more than 90 rooms and two restaurants, located directly on Lake Thun, as of 15 December 2021.

Bär & Karrer advised UBS AG on the sale. The Team included Corrado Rampini and Kilian Müller (both Real Estate), as well as Cyrill Diefenbacher (Tax).
