A privately owned residential real estate in Canton Zürich, comprising of several apartments in Zurich City, has been sold to several private investors.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor of Rahn+Bodmer Co. within the sale process on behalf of a private seller, in particular within the Due Diligence, NBO- and BO phase and the final contract negotiations. The team was led by Rocco Rigozzi and included Jennifer Winkler (both Real Estate).
