Yves Tjon-A-Meeuw's practice focuses primarily on national and international litigation and arbitration. He represents parties before arbitral tribunals and state courts, particularly in disputes in the financial sector, commodity trading, and post-M&A disputes. Another area of focus is the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Switzerland, as well as defending against such enforcement.
