Bär & Karrer Advises Priora Suisse on
the Sale of a Real Estate Portfolio

Priora Suisse AG sold a total of 36 properties (buildings and land), which are located within or directly adjacent to the airport perimeter, to Flughafen Zürich AG. The properties include, amongst others, hangars, the catering building including car parking and multiple buildings for engine maintenance.
