Employment Law Specialist Laura Widmer Elected Counsel

We are pleased to announce the election of Laura Widmer as counsel of the firm as of 1 January 2016. Laura Widmer is a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law and advises private individuals and entities on various aspects of the Swiss employment law, in particular with regard to individual and mass dismissals, reorganizations, compensation plans, employment litigation and transactions. She further represents domestic and foreign clients in commercial matters before Swiss courts of all levels and acts as party counsel in international arbitration.
