Chinese Jinsheng Group Acquires Part of OC Oerlikon's Textile Business

The Chinese Jinsheng Group has entered into an agreement with OC Oerlikon regarding the acquisition of Oerlikon's business units Natural Fibers and Textile Components. The purchase price amounts to approx. CHF 650 million.

Bär & Karrer acts as Swiss legal advisor to Jinsheng in the transaction. The team of Bär & Karrer includes Christoph Neeracher (M&A), Corrado Rampini (Real Estate), Markus Wang (IP), Thomas Stoltz (Corporate), Raoul Stocker (Tax), Luca Jagmetti, Charles Gschwind and Laura Fontana (all M&A). Clifford Chance acts as international counsel to Jinsheng in the transaction.
