Barry Callebaut, the world's leading manufacturer of cocoa and chocolate products, has successfully completed its offering of notes in the aggregate amount of EUR 450,000,000. The Issuer, Barry Callebaut Services NV, placed EUR 450,000,000 2.375% senior notes due 2024 at an issue price of 99.104% resulting in gross proceeds of approximately EUR 446 million. The proceeds from the notes placement will be used to repay outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes. The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Credit Suisse, ING, Rabobank and Société Générale acted as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers in the notes offering.
