Bär & Karrer successfully represented Respondent in a jurisdictional dispute relating to a Share Purchase Agreement. On 1 July 2020, the Swiss Supreme Court fully dismissed Claimant's appeal and upheld the lower court's decision in Respondent's favor, which had declined jurisdiction based on a choice of jurisdiction clause in favor of the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
