St. Gallen Bank Law Day

On 24 June, the St. Gallen Bank Law Day takes place in Zurich. Different speakers will talk about various topics of bank law. Eric Stupp and Rashid Bahar of Bär & Karrer will speak about rights of lien clauses in General Terms and Conditions of banks.

This is the sixth event about bank law organized by the Institute for legal studies and legal practice. The event is primarily intended for lawyers of financial institutions, private practitioners, authorities and in-house lawyers of companies.
