Bär & Karrer Advises the Sellers on the Sale of Gebrüder Renggli AG

The shareholders of REHOLD AG have entered into a share purchase agreement for the sale of REHOLD AG and its operating subsidiary Gebrüder Renggli AG to TT Medic GmbH. Gebrüder Renggli AG is a leading supplier of thermoplastic products for the medical sector and will enter into a partnership with Hubertus Goller GmbH (Goller Systems), a subsidiary of TT Medic GmbH. TT Medic GmbH is owned by the entrepreneurial families of Christoph Swarovski and Gaudenz Trapp.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction. The team is co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Raphael Annasohn and further includes Lukas Bründler and Lazar Lepir (all M&A) as well as Susanne Schreiber and Elena Kumashova (both Tax).
