The majority shareholder of Gode AG Zürich, a company providing services in the field of electrical engineering, has sold his stake to members of the management.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the shareholder in this transaction. The team was led by Raphael Annasohn and included Julian Lindt (M&A), Micha Schilling and Jorgos Boulamatsis (both Financing), Fabian Turtschi (Notarial Services) and Sandra Schaffner (Employment).
