In particular, Raphael Wyss has a proven track record in litigating complex administrative and general public law matters before the competent authorities, appellate bodies, and courts at both federal and cantonal level in a wide range of specialized fields of federal and cantonal administrative law. In addition, he has extensive experience in all regulatory and commercial matters concerning pharmaceuticals and medical devices (such as manufacturing, authorization, marketing & distribution, and research & development), including reimbursement and other health insurance issues. Furthermore, he regularly prepares expert opinions on various administrative and public law matters.
