Nadia Smahi

Associate

Nadia Smahi's practice focuses on international and domestic arbitration as well as cross-border and domestic litigation. She represents parties in arbitral proceedings and acts as secretary to arbitral tribunals in numerous arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional, in various matters such as international sales, share and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, brokerage contracts and construction disputes. She also represents and advises clients in civil litigation, including in relation to the challenge, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and court decisions in Switzerland.

In addition, Nadia Smahi has experience in representing and advising clients in intellectual property matters, in particular trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs and unfair competition law disputes. She regularly publishes in her areas of practice.
