Andrea Roth's practice focuses on international and domestic arbitration as well as domestic and cross-border litigation. She advises and represents Swiss and foreign individuals and entities before Swiss courts of all levels and acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings.

Recent Work Highlights

  • Successful enforcement of a Swedish arbitral award against an individual domiciled in Switzerland and representation of the client in debt collection proceedings.
  • Representation of an international insurance broker in a Swiss court litigation.
