Nathalie Aymon's practice focuses on international and domestic arbitration, Swiss contract law and cross-border as well as domestic litigation. She represents parties in arbitral proceedings and also acts as a secretary to arbitral tribunals under a variety of international arbitration rules, including in particular the ICC, LCIA, and Swiss Rules. She also represents and advises clients in civil litigation, including in relation to the challenge, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and court decisions in Switzerland.
