Presentation organized for the Swiss Association of Wealth Managers for their annual continuing education seminar on the relationship between wealth manager and custodian bank, focusing on AML and FinSA requirements. In particular, it outlines certain obligations regarding identification set forth in the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act as well as client classification and other requirements set forth in the Swiss Financial Services Act and their interplay among wealth managers, custodian banks and clients.
