Bär & Karrer advised TeamSystem S.p.A., a leading technology company specialized in digital solutions for management of businesses and professionals, on the acquisition of Arca24.com SA, a Swiss-based software house highly specialized in the development and commercialization of software and innovative services for digitalization of HR processes, intended for employment agencies, recruitment firms and companies across all sectors.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to TeamSystem S.p.A. in this transaction.
