Acquisition of VitalAire Switzerland

Bär & Karrer advised Airsol S.r.l., which is part of SOL Group, a leading Italian player in the production, research and marketing of technical and medical gases and homecare services sector, on its acquisition of VitalAire Switzerland Ltd. With this transaction, SOL Group is strengthening its position in the Swiss market in the home oxygen therapy and sleep apnea treatment sectors.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Airsol S.r.l. in this transaction. The team was co-led by Paolo Bottini and Andrea Ziswiler (both M&A) and included Markus Schott and Julia Stempfel (both Regulatory) as well as Bryan Bruschi (M&A).
