Efficient processes play an important role in our business routine. We keep that firmly in mind in our application procedure which is both transparent and efficient. In order to view and process your application swiftly, we will only consider applications that have been submitted to us via the online application tool. Please understand that we are unable to deal with applications that are submitted to us in any other format.

 

We keep our interviews informal so that we can talk to you in a relaxed atmosphere and give you the opportunity to ask questions. We look for candidates to convince us of their overall competence, personality and openness. Our recruitment process does not include any formal assessments.

  1. Applying online

Found a job which interests you? Please send us your application using our online application tool. In order to process your application, we require a complete set of documentation. We will acknowledge receipt of your application.

  1. Reviewing applications

We will review your application for completeness and cross-check relevant documents to see whether your skills and experiences match what is outlined in the position profile.

  1. Candidate selection and meeting

If you are shortlisted for the role, you will receive an invite from our HR team to attend an interview where we will outline the conditions of employment. You will also have the opportunity to meet with up to two partners.

  1. Employment

After a successful selection we will ask you for further key information, outline an offer and provide you with an employment contract as well as additional documentation.

  1. Onboarding

Welcome on board! Your new job begins with a induction session to help you settle in.
