Litigation has traditionally been a cornerstone of our firm's practice. Our litigation practice encompasses all areas of corporate and commercial law. We also regularly advise and represent corporate clients who are victims of white collar crimes. Furthermore, we have extensive experience in advising clients involved in US litigation, including class actions, on the related Swiss law issues.

We represent clients before all Swiss courts in civil procedures as well as in other areas such as administrative proceedings, pre-trial attachment and other interlocutory proceedings, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, international judicial assistance as well as trust and inheritance litigation. Our resources allow us to efficiently handle the full spectrum of disputes, from routine matters to large and complex multinational disputes.
