Our corporate practice team covers the full range of advice relating to all types of business entities (such as companies limited by shares, limited liability companies, partnerships, associations and foundations). We advise clients setting up or restructuring their businesses. As a part of our ongoing relationship, we assist our clients with their corporate secretarial work and regulatory issues.
Our corporate practice also provides our clients with in-depth advice on employment law and employee benefits.
As part of our commercial practice we regularly represent our clients in connection with the preparation and negotiation of commercial transactions and related legal documents (such as sales, trade, distribution, agency, service or outsourcing agreements). Furthermore, we advise our clients on regulatory matters in various areas such as insurance, food, pharmaceuticals or energy.
