Christoph Neeracher specializes in international and domestic mergers & acquisitions transactions (focus on private mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, including secondary buy-outs and distressed equity), transaction finance, corporate restructurings, corporate law, general contract matters (e.g. joint ventures, partnerships and shareholders agreements) and all directly related areas such as employment matters for key employees (e.g. employee participation and incentive agreements).
