Marie-Christine Balzan's practice focuses on labor law and regularly advises Swiss and foreign enterprises in this field. Besides, she is a litigation lawyer with extensive experience in labor law, commercial/financial litigation, banking, white collar crime and intellectual property (brand mark and design). She has been involved in numerous complex litigation proceedings.

In transactions, she regularly advises on aspects of employment law, e.g. on mass dismissals.

Due to her former activity as an auditor she has broad knowledge in accounting.
