Experience
Felix Kappeler's practice mainly focuses on notarial services and general corporate matters, with a special emphasis on labour law matters as well as on national and international transaction services and commercial contract law. He regularly advices and represents national and international clients in all kinds of employment related matters and proceedings (including immigration and social insurance matters), and as a former HR director in the service industry, he has broad experience in these fields.
He also works as Civil Law Notary in the Zug office of Bär & Karrer, with a special focus on corporate notarizations (incorporations, restructurings, trans-actions, capital changes, etc.).
