Experience

Thomas Stoltz heads the Notarial Services department as well as the Employment, Migration & Social Security practice group of Bär & Karrer. Together with Michael Trippel he manages the Zug office.

He advises national and international clients in particular located in the Zug business area on all legal issues related to corporate, commercial and employment law. He also specializes in questions of Swiss migration law.

In his capacity as Civil Law Notary Thomas Stoltz is regularly responsible for the notarial acts in the various national and cross-border M&A transactions and IPOs assisted by Bär & Karrer.
