Dr. Andreas D. Länzlinger

Andreas Länzlinger heads Bär & Karrer’s internal investigation & crossborder proceedings practice. He has extensive experience in handling complex banking, commercial, corporate and insurance litigations, both domestic and cross-border in nature. He has represented Swiss clients in a number of mass tort litigation cases before US courts. During the last years, he has also regularly advised and represented Swiss corporate clients in compliance matters, including matters before the US authorities such as the US Department of Justice, the SEC, and the FED.
