Tina Wüstemann

Tina Wüstemann heads Bär & Karrer's private client department. She is advising Swiss and foreign private clients and service providers regarding complex estate planning matters including trusts, prenuptial agreements and wills. She is also involved in litigious cases and the administration of large international estates.

Apart from trust and estate law, Tina Wüstemann represents clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings. Litigation (including international judicial assistance) and general corporate and commercial matters are also part of her practice.

Tina Wüstemann has published and lectured on trust and estate matters and arbitration in Switzerland and abroad.

In 2011, Tina Wüstemann was elected Runner Up of the Year in the category International Lawyer of the Year at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards. Within the private client practice area, Chambers Europe describes her as a "foremost litigator and arbitrator" (2011 edition) and considers her to be a "truly excellent private client specialist" (2010 edition). Legal 500 has recommended Tina Wüstemann in their 2009 and 2010 edition "for her experience in litigious cases and administration of large international estates".
